Your Desks utilises CCTV across all sites. When entering a site, you will be filmed. Recordings are only accessible by Your Desk personnel and third party security contractors. Recordings are held for a limited period and then written over. Any footage related to an investigation or incident may be retained for as long as required by all parties involved.
Your Desk may collect statistics about the behavior of visitors to its websites. Your Desk may display this information publicly or provide it to others. However, Your Desk does not disclose personally-identifying information other than as described below.
